Key Administrative Authorities
- Dean (Apex Authority): Holds final administrative and disciplinary control over all student and resident doctor hostels on campus.
- Hostel Allotment Committee: Chaired by the Sub-Dean (UG) and Sub-Dean (PG) along with faculty members to oversee transparent, merit-and-category-based room allocation for incoming MBBS, BPMT, GNM, and MD/MS students.

Wardens & Rectors: Senior faculty professors appointed as wardens for daily management:
- Boys Hostel Warden: Oversees Jawahar, Subhash, and New UG Boys Hostel blocks.
- Girls Hostel Warden: Manages security, leave passes, and maintenance for the New UG Girls Hostel.
- Student Representation: Student representatives from SAIGMC (Students Association) and MARD (Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors) act as liaisons between residents and administration for mess, sanitation, and maintenance issues.
Governance & Responsibilities
- Room Allotment: Managed strictly after document verification following NEET/CET state-counseling allotment.
- Discipline & Anti-Ragging: Monitored by the Institutional Anti-Ragging Committee headed by the Dean and Wardens. Any instances of harassment lead to immediate suspension and police reporting under state laws.
- Maintenance & Facilities: Sanitation, electrical work, water supply, and security are handled through the college's administrative officer and campus PWD/electrical departments.
- Mess Management: Operated on a cooperative, non-profit basis managed by student committees under warden supervision.
