Chirag Kubde

A Third Year MBBS student at IGGMC Nagpur, has been selected for the IFMSA Research Exchange Program for the year 2026–2027.
He will be completing a one-month research clerkship in the Czech Republic through the Standing Committee on Research Exchange (SCORE) of the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA).

During the exchange, Chirag will be placed in an approved research department under the supervision of a host mentor, where he will contribute to ongoing research activities and gain exposure to international academic and laboratory practices.

This program promotes academic mobility and cross-cultural learning, and is recognized by medical institutions worldwide. His exchange is coordinated by the Medical Students’ Association of India (MSAI-India) in collaboration with IFMSA-Czech Republic.

The International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA), founded in 1951, is one of the world’s oldest and largest student-run organizations. It is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN), representing over 1.5 million medical students through 133 National Member Organizations (NMOs) across 123 countries.
MSAI serves as the official NMO representing India within IFMSA.
